In case of cancellation of the reservation, fees will be retained depending on the time between the cancellation dates:
More than 70 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total amount of the reservation
Between 69 days and 60 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation
Between 59 days and 42 days before the arrival date: total amount of the deposit
41 days before the arrival date: the entire stay remains due
In case of No show: the entire stay remains due
Tourist tax not included in the price: adults € 2.90 / person / night
Rental price per night in bed only: From 1175 euros
Minimum of 2 nights in low season & 5 nights in high season
