Booking conditions:
1st deposit of 50% of the total amount including tax for confirmation of the reservation
2nd deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation to be paid 30 days before arrival
In the case of a reservation less than 30 days from the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be payable
On arrival, the customer will deposit a security deposit of 2,000 euros in cash
At the end of the stay, the customer will pay the Villa directly for the costs incurred on site for the entire duration of their stay.

Cancellation conditions and fees:
Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email to the agency
Cancellation conditions apply with reference to the local time of the house
The reservation deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due
No show and/or late cancellation (less than 7 days before the client's arrival): 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due
In the event of a No Show: the entire stay remains due
The customer finances their shopping and we prepare and serve, of course.
We give him shopping vouchers corresponding to his expenses.
Excluding catering: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
